the health and leisure facilities, including the Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Health club, are top-notch and cater to all your needs. the garden area is a great place for relaxation and taking in the beautiful scenery. the buffet breakfast is superb, with a vast array of dishes to choose from and special diet menus are also available. the location is perfect, providing easy access to all the city's main attractions.

this didn't detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel had friendly and efficient staff who were always polite and helpful. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast area lacked natural light and could feel a bit cramped during busy periods.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including delicious local cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of fresh fruit. The buffet was well-stocked and constantly replenished.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the temperature in our room. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and provided a solution.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city, as it was easy to move to the airport very early in the morning by ordering a regular taxi or by taking the Metro from the nearby station. It was also close to Lisbon center, making it convenient to visit all the tourist attractions. Furthermore, there was a major shopping center, including a large supermarket, nearby, making it easy to buy groceries or any other necessary items.

The staff at the hotel were not very helpful and showed a lack of professionalism when it came to addressing our concerns.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with excellent WIFI access. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the touristy center but still within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel building itself had a beautiful Portuguese architecture with grand staircases, giving it an old traditional feel. The lounge area was also great and our suite had two outdoor terraces to enjoy.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and the service is friendly. The breakfast has a large selection of dishes including pastries, cheese, and ham to be enjoyed in a pleasant dining room.

Some guests have reported issues with the spa facilities and the service at the onsite restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time and once again, I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were prompt and efficient in handling any request or query I had, and always did so with a smile. The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the beach and restaurants. The room I stayed in was beautiful, and the hotel even had an on-site car park, which was convenient. Another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, perfect for those traveling with dogs. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms with a charming feel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. However, I would still recommend Real for a comfortable stay.
